Share and accept invitations
Choose between Space access and an invitation to a specific list or note.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Sign in and connect to the internet. To send an invitation, open a list, note, or Space you are allowed to share. A recipient needs Yorik installed to continue from a web link.
- For ongoing group access, choose a Space when creating a list or note. Space membership provides access to its content. Keep private avoids that Space access; it does not cancel separate invitations.
- To invite someone directly, open the item’s menu and choose Invite to list or Invite to note. For a Space, use its invitation controls. Share the invitation link with the intended person.
- To accept a received link, open it in your phone’s browser and choose the button to open Yorik. Sign in with the account you intend to use.
- Read the invitation preview and check the item and sender. Choose the join action for that list, note, or Space, such as Join list or Join note. Opening the browser page alone does not accept it.
Keep in mind
Section titled “Keep in mind”Treat invitation links as access links: send them only to intended recipients. An invitation to one list or note is different from joining an entire Space. If a link is unavailable, ask the sender for a fresh one rather than forwarding it further.
